Strategy Description

The trust seeks to achieve its objective through investment in equity securities of companies that trade on a U.S. exchange. The sponsor selected equity securities of companies in the E-Commerce industry which it defines as companies that are part of the “E-Commerce Ecosystem.” The E-Commerce industry is broadly defined by the sponsor as the companies involved in the full cycle of buying and selling of goods and services electronically. By extension, the “E-Commerce Ecosystem” is defined by the sponsor as the network of interconnected functions that comprise the full cycle of the buying and selling of goods and services electronically.
