The trust seeks to provide total return through capital appreciation and dividend income.

Strategy Description

The trust invests at least 80% of the value of its assets in equity securities of North American master limited partnerships (“MLPs”) and energy infrastructure companies that earn the majority of their cash flows from midstream activities or business activities and that are included in the Alerian Energy Infrastructure Capital Strength Select Index (the “Index”). The trust seeks to substantially replicate the Index as of the date of deposit.
