Objective

The Trust seeks a high rate of current income by investing in a portfolio of preferred securities selected by the Sponsor in collaboration with Stonebridge Advisors LLC (“Stonebridge”). There can be no guarantee that the objective of the Trust will be achieved.

Strategy Description

Under normal circumstances, the Trust will invest at least 80% of its assets in preferred securities.

The Trust is a unit investment trust that is diversified across preferred securities issued by companies that the Sponsor believes have current attractive yields.
